With this website being more of a community now I thought it would be a good idea if we could have a few forums which we could disucss other issues or matters. I realise we could just post in the "General Discussion" area but I thought if we had specified sub forums for different catergories it would just look tidyier.

I appologise if this has already been suggested, I had a quick look but my laptop isnt the fastest and it took a while shifting through the pages.

and how may posts will you get, realistically? Take a look at facepunch, they have over 100,00 users and most of their custom forums are empty bar a couple of topics...

Facepunch is empty because they ban you for posting

However, with the current number of members we have, will more forums be able to survive? Sadly, it might do the adverse and make everything messier

Agreed, they let the moderators run rampant like they own the site and nobody cares if they ban someone just because they were rude or they though the mod. was wrong about something, I mean if you mess up in the slightest you are banned right away, it's crazy! They may have like 100,000 users but from the looks of it more than half of them are probably banned.....daily.

But its cool, ill adapt and just post in gen.disc.

Indeed, I don't think there's enough demand for extra forums.
