Yes, i know this has been shot down before, but i Really think it would benifit the servers. i was on a couple of servers with it on and had alot of fun chatting with people when i was playing. i've also had quite a few people come to the server and promply leave after saying things like "wow, no voice?" and such. i think it would do alot for server activity (and yes, i know there active for you UK people, but when i'm on half the time there all empty.) if anything we could add it to the new US server to promote activity and get it started up.

i agree, and I'd also give sups (and possibly all clan members) the ability to 'mute' people to disable their chatting ability.

i think the members would need it to because not all sups are available. plus the server would be packed with four year old, bad music, swearing, idiots etc etc.

well you could always just mute player in play options, using a mani command to mute someone would not be needed regularly.

Agree with Jester, it takes too long time to write (for me, I'm a slow writer :(), and it would be cool to talk in game.

No one does xD
I've wanted universal chat on our servers since I joined. You can mute people in game anyway if someone goes crazy... and I don't think you would bother muting someone being abusive on voice chat, but rather just ban them ffs =/ (for a short term ofc)

I've actually noticed that mani admin mute sometimes only mutes typing because i've still heard the muted player keep talking after.

and aren't you just getting admin back for everyone? ;) ;) ;) ;)

DENIED !!! so sick of ppl beeing annoying like my baby sis over the voip, yes i know i can mute them, but why waste time looking up their names on the mute list when they dont rly have to talk, and there is alot of ppl telling the others where the enemy is at

Suggestion overruled..

Once I get home I will make US 2 GunGame with player chatting and all talk set to 1 so that it's on :)

I do think that some people would like it on some of our other public servers.

Also, We could also add an advert to the servers that tells people how to mute other players if they are being abusive or annoying, or if you just don't want to hear them.

I think that all talk is also nice if used on a public friendly server. A lot of popular gun game servers are very friendly and have all_talk set to 1 as well.

Just give it to all members problem solved...

But this is a tough one i mean...spamming music and cheating (spectating) are annoying but it could be a good way of stratagy.

EDIT - Teamspeak/Ventrilo if you really want to talk.
