I know this idea might have been shot down earlier but it should be looked at again.
I have been playing on some of our servers and they are atrocious. Most of the time both teams are camping, tking, trenching, nade spamming and a lot of other things. The problem is you can't tell them not to as soon as you join. so for the first round it last 4:00 minutes. Then when you warn them they call you gay or "ruining their fun" so the next round is in spectator mode kicking them all for camping and tking. Then ther third round is spent kicking those same 15 for coming back and camping. Then the fourth round is spent by kicking everyone because one douch bag found out that you can only kick. And then the fifth round is spent trying (unsuccessfully) trying to kill all of the campers. So if we had ban and global talk the problem disappears.

This has been brought up multiple times. It doesn't matter how bad the servers are, Jack is not going to give you guys ban or global admin speak. There's no hope.
