So my suggestion is.
By giving the new members, a few weeks or maybe a month to show them self if they can control themselves.
Some kinda aproval time, if they are loyal to WF and they are not in the clan just for kick. And if they are they get admin. If not they get kicked, or will not get admin.

I like the idea of a screening period.

Our system is very safe, we filter through the best and then we give them a reward for owning so much. And please, be happy with what you've been given. If they keep on reconnecting call a sup. and we'll come and ban them if necessary.

Ye i think so to, but i mean itsDc, That members should get a period time of beining in WF with no admin, and if there matured they can have admin. But like some people said, 1 abuse = kick .

Exactly.
If you invite someone, you should not be concerned that they'll abuse admin. In fact maybe we should penalise Sups if they continuously invite abusers.....

You can get to know them when they join. If any of your opinions were particularly valued in that sense, you would probably already be a sup (or in the process

You sort of make it sound as if the opinions of any member lower than sup. mean nothing, which according to Jack's post in another topic in which he stated "we do want to listen to the community" isn't true. Sure, a sup.'s opinion does carry more weight on it than that of a regular member such as myself, but that does not mean I, and the rest of the clan, are completely ignored. But It would be nice if these new members would all post introduction topics, only about half of them have.

But ya, it would be nice to have the new members be more actively involved in the community. That's why I'm now advocating for a 'pre-member' stage that could last upto a month, and would be a good way of introducing people to Wildfire.
