Hello guys, well I would like to share with you a handy little trick to stop you from sliding down to your death (Succes rate 80+%) if done correctly.

I made a picture although its relatively dark, the lines are quite visible. It isnt very professional but thats because im not that good in Ps Cs3 nor paint, lol

A quick guide on what you see, 4 walls, green, red & yellow lines

Guide:

Now wall 1 & 2 are green, thats because these are walls you can slide from left to right & vice versa if you have enough speed. Lets say you are sliding down the gap between wall 3 & 1 it is possible to move right towards the gap between wall 1 & 4. Thus the green line.

Wall 3 & 4 on the other hand are much steeper and will prevent you from doing what is possible on wall 1 & 2, saying you are sliding down the gap between wall 3 & 2 it would be impossible to move towards the gap between wall 3 & 1. Thus the red line.

Now the key to stop sliding down is to press & hold the W while holding A or D you would want to press the button that would move your character towards the "impossible to cross-over wall". Example you are sliding down the gap alongside wall 3 & 2 (marked by the yellow line) you then press & hold W + D, play with your mouse a bit moving it slowly from left to right and there, you stopped sliding :) It takes some practice to get a hold of this, and also this will fail when having too much speed!

You can ask Eagleye about this handy little trick, because he saw me doing it numerous times with success and he said to teach him or tell him how to do this, well Eagle here you go ;)

To all,
Good Luck!

Hehe, I never knew this. It's like landing on the edge of the map without falling xD Or, after you have gotten on to that ledge by some miracle, trying to get off it by jumping up onto the slanted edge of the map. Can you be bothered to make another guide :D?

Ooh, you mean the little exploit trick? :)

I could make a guide for that.

I was actually hoping if this could be put here, because its a guide & its quite handy.

So if it can, could a forum mod do it because I didnt had permission to post there.

wow.......nice trick and by the way it looks very good in my opinion you can't make it more prettier with photoshop. Your picture is structurated and easily to understand, so thank you.
