We've bounced this idea around a bit between the admins and Supervisors, and all agree it would be a good thing, so... we did it. Eventually


All WF members now have the ability to kick, although Supervisors are still the only ones who can ban. If somebody needs permanently removing from our servers, ask a Supervisor or just the RequestBan tool.

thx v much all WF members (admins, supervisors) who decided about this <<<< KICK >>>> option, sometimes im coming back from work around 11PM UK time and i want 2 play but 2 many campers and tkers or both and sometimes no admin so good idea !!!!

ps. if we can talk to ppl like admins on main screeen : STOP CAMPING 3:30 BLA BLA BLA sometimes this is enough (just write to players) to move ppl from both sides, they r scared of punishment from admin and works all the time my small suggestion

because what i think is when ppl see ( they think only ) that every single WF member have all admin rights now then they will be scared to s*** on our servers but we will have only kick option but no1 need to know about this !!!! if it will be some as***** player then we can always kick him few times and when he always come back we can ask one of admins members on xfire to help us maybe we will have more ppl come back on our servers when they see that it will be clean gaming now

so if its possible pls make one more option in admin console like send info to the screen 2 the players or something : STOP CAMPING, GET OFF SPAWN 3:30 BLA BLA or U WILL GET BANNED

i think they wont do this. and in my eyes it is the best thing. it is a great idea with the kick ability, but i wouldnt give members who are NOT supervisor more powers.
1 thing: it is really anyoing when 4 people spam the adminchat with "NO CAMPING" or "FFS YOU NOOB! I SAID NO CAMPING"
2 thing: you got now admin powers and i think it looks bad if you ask for having more powers now it took 4 ( i think ) months until they decided to give normal members the kick ability. do you think that you will get more now?
but thumbs up for this decision i hope the servers will be more playable now ( i only played when sups. where on there )

How u use it?

type "bind "p" admin" in your console. or use another key if you want. then ingame just press p (or another key you binded) and then dont abuse

Ok so thank's for explaining, really helped alot. But still i can't use the command yet in Uk 2, where the most people are not playing by the rules. But in uk 1 its quiet ok playing now .

EDIT: What mean's auto kick?

Better to have the problem solved with text on the screen instead of kicking 5 players for infractions. However, it may be abused easier than most other admin functions, and that is why you don't have it.

It kicks players from the server when they join automatically, Please for the love of god don't use auto kick

And to zalmanuk: I agree with you but to a point, it could be abused but thats why i say we write a command that you press that brings up a universal warning so that the user doesn't have admin chat just a command in the admin menu that says it for them

look i just dont want to write to ppl in normal chat window like everyone :STOP CAMPING, GET OF SPAWN 3:30 OR U WILL BE BANNED , " if we can have universal warning - Mezenberg " (example 1 player management then 3 send text ) in white color, its quicker and no need to worry that some1 will miss our rules, its only my point of view, and its better to send example twice this text then kick some players and later have problems.
