Well i was thinking we could have a squad particulary made for new recruits instead of us having no squadi think i would be a good leader as although i am very new i really enjoy the clan and i could help others get to kno the clan and ppl. Please post what u think...I'm just trying to make good suggestions to help the clan progress i will look at this l8r...Thanks for readin

The gens have made all of the squads this year. there might be some added next year, idk. but wouldnt a squad for new recruits just be a pvt. squad there is one, its called pvt.

I know that Dave or Alex is going to come in here and leave the same reply as they have done aout a million times

Basically he point in having Pvt's is so that Cols. and Majs. can watch their progress in the clan and if a position for an Lt. opens up then the Pvts with the best potential and attitude for th clan get promoted.

If a Pvt squad was made tbh not all of you would really use it as half of the Pvts are in active and it would take away the point of having squads.

Dont worry Pvts dont get left out, if you check the Private forum you will see the inter-clan tournement is taking place soon and a seperate tournement will take place especially for you guys.....
