There are too many members in the clan who do not know how to use a forum. To be honest, this is pathetic. Here is a simple tutorial on how to do the basics.

Forums use a coding language called "BBCode". This as a coding in order to edit posts etc.

To format text:

[b]Bold text[/b]
[i]Italic text[/i]
[u]Underlined text[/u]
[s]Text with a strike through[/s]

[right]Right aligned text.[/right]
[left]Left aligned text.[/left]
[center]Centered Text[/center]

[spoiler]
Some hidden text.
[/spoiler]

[list=1]
[*]List Item [*]List Item
[/list]

[size=4]Large text[/size]
[size=5]Large text (I have used this one in this post.)[/size]

You can also 'merge' the commands. For example:

[size=4][color=red][b]Large, Red and bold text.[/b][/color][/size]

To add an image:

Go to Imageshack, then, copy the url it gives you and inseret it into these tags:

[img]Image URL here[/img]

To insert a Hyper link:

Simply type the web address into the forums and it will automatically do it for you.

OR

If you want some specific text linked, type this:

[url=Add the url here]Text to link[/url]

Avatars and Signatures.

Go to "My Controls" at the top right hand corner of the screen, then, follow the left hand column down until you see "Edit Signature" or "Edit Avatar Settings"

For signatures, use what I have already said in this tutorial on Text formatting and images etc.

For avatars, If it is saved on your PC, hit the "Browse" button and find the file on your computer. When you are done, hit "Update Avatar"

If it is a URL, go to where it says "Enter a URL to an online avatar image" and paste the URL there. When you are done, hit "Update Avatar"
