Game: Count To 100 Using 4 Digits

Ok this should be interesting: (normally the numbers used would be the current year, but that will allow people to cheat ;))

Using the digits 2, 6, 7, 9 and the operations +, -, *, /, sqrt (square root), ^ (raise to a power of), and ! (factorial), and the along with grouping symbols, to write expressions for the counting numbers 1 through 100.

All four digits must be used in the expression.

Complete Rules

  • Only the four digits (2, 6, 7, 9) are allowed.
  • All four digits must be used in each expression.
  • Multi-digit numbers such as 26, 267, or .79 MAY be used.
  • You can only use each digit once.
Below are examples of valid answers:

Quote

7+6-9-2= 2

This doesn't have to be in order as such, but try to... so let's start with trying to work out how to get the value 1 :)
