I remember when i first joined, it was a little confusing and took me a while to get used to the whole 'large clan ethos'.

So, how about, for new Pvts who have just joined (before in a squad) have a different rank name and an individual forum where they can get help. This would clean up the forums a bit from 'nooby' topics.

Alternatively, have a help forum where people can ask/give advice and help rather than using the General Discussion section?

Just an idea ^_^

so it would be [WF] Rec. -NAME- ?

Or we can make it easier just add them to squad 0. exemple: [WF][0] Pvt. -NAME-

But the final desition is up to the admins and generals.

Both look kinda lame lol. I forgot about ingame.. was only thinking about forums :P

OR, we could have two classes of Pvt.? like first class and second class? But thats getting a bit complicated lol.

First of all, recruit would be Rct. not Rec. Either way, I like Cadet (Cdt.) best. But I agree it's a good idea to make unsquadded privates a new rank, like a phase where they are tested and seen fit for the clan or not.

Yeah Cadet is better :)

And it would help them settle in also.

Yeah that would help alot! Cadet would clear up some confusion. In my xfire nickname I can't fit [11] unless I shorten my first gaming name (I did) but i would get messages asking if i wanted to join their squad. so yeah make it cadet it would help alot.

!. Your already in a squad - you will stay as Pvt.
2. Pvt. to Cdt. isn't any difference.. how would this allow your old name? They aer both 3 letter acronyms..

(Apologies in advance if it's not Cdt.. Whatever lol Cad?)
