UK3 Deathmatch Server

Recently the deathmatch server has been experiencing some serious performance issues. In the next 48 hours we will be reinstalling the server to see if this resolves the issue, or we will move it to a new quad core server, which means it will gain a new IP.

We will keep you updated on the status of this server.

and whats with the surf server? or is that uk3?

edit: that uk 5, can we have dm back on it?
and the dm on dust 2 laggs all the time, or is it just me?

I do not know anything about the surf servers, however I will ask Mike.

UK3 is now down, whilst it is reinstalled, hopefully it might make a different, but probably won't

Surfs will be back up @ 6 or 7 pm cst. The latest steam update killed it, so I will be moving the surfs to an eventscripts based dm mod.

UK3 is now back up and seems to be running much better.

Managed to delete 4 GB of files, and a years worth of logs .

Let's see how it goes now.

wasti you using SDM script? if not i would change to it because it is easy to use and control. Plus Steam uodates don't effects scripts all that much

No, we are using dm mod by balopan via metamod. (I am going to try to get ES dm running on the surf servers once I get time.)
