my request it simple, add in big text at the top of the how to apply thing "PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE TOPIC BEFORE POSTING YOUR APPLICATION!"
i like reading the applications, and it's realy suprising how few people actuly know what a steam id is.. much less how to get it. same with hlstatsx. if they would read the full topic, they would know what it is and how to find it...
also, we should just decine people who dont enter them both corrrectly. let them read the thing and re-apply with the correct infromation. if they actuly care about geting in, they can can read the full thing. luca shouldn't have to tell them

i would say make another multi-moderation option that says your application has been denied b/c you don't know how to read, please read recruitment guidlines and re-apply again soon.

It would be mean to just decline them and make the Whole 5 mins to make application worthless
