Site Maintenance Scheduled
We have recently been having more and more enquires via the site contact form which have been starting to build up to an unmanageable point.
We have therefore scheduled upgrades to occur over the new 2 weeks on the contact from which will allow us to take form submissions and place them in a new custom ticket system. Disruption to the service should be minimal.
New features will include contact us categories, ie "Forum Registration - Error", "Mani Tools Help", and topics such as "Banned" will result in the end user having to register on the forums.
This should direct things to the right people in a more manageable and efficient manner.
Current expected completion date: 6th May 2007
