Squad 13 & Squad 14 - Removed

Due to recent events we have decide to remove squad 13 and 14.

All members who were in squad 14 are now in squad 10, others have been fitted into other squads according.

We are hopping to re-appoint squad heads where need be and when we feel we are ready we will re-open squads 13 + 14 again in the future.
