Well, it would be great if WF would have some sort of topic which would explain what each rank needs to do to be in good conditions with leader(s), and what they should not do.

I thought this was a good idea because now that im in i really dont know what i should be doing. thanks for all posts and thanks for bringing this up Vladplaya

This clan needs leaders that communicate more efficantly with eachother. Military values say that there is a chain of command the top passes orders down to the next etc etc etc..... but the top has to get along first. The leaders must at all times present a mature respectable front and be open to everyones opinions.

Everyoens opinons must be taken into consideration.

The juniors must listen to the senior members, and respect what they say and if they dont agree than talk with them.

Everyone has duties as a certain postion
col's report directly to the brig's who make the majority of the big descitions.
majors help make sure there squad is up to standards and report squad status to the col.
the captains must ensure that the questions and concerns of the lt's and pvt's are brought up and must do abit of guiding themselves.
the lt's help the pvt's out with rules and follow rules them selves.
the pvts stay in top game and try to prove themselves and remain active.

other members act as administrators and have the ulimate power
ex. jack is the ban cordinator, he may not play on servers but he acts as a important position of power. Helping out.

it all comes down to respect. a very simple word that is very hard to follow.

maturity is importnat as well, but everyone doesnt have to be uptight stiffs about things

ADDED FROM ANOTHER POST!!!!!! I HOPE THIS HELPS!!! EVERYONE ELSE SEEMD TO LIKE WHAT I HAD PUT!
