Squad Changes

As of today squad sizes will be increased to 7, the addition will be two privates in each squad as reserves.

Once this is done we should have 14 squads of 7, then we will have a pool of about a max of 20 privates who are not in squads, but can be placed in a squad as a private when need be.

The benefits of this will allow everyone to have a clear path of promotion, as well as allowing us to get more control over everything.

We will there be changing the recruitment process again very soon.
