I am just suggesting that we should stop recruiting people to join this clan. i have been in many other clans and when the get to many people, the clan just falls apart, you dont get the feel that you are part of a group because there are so many people. I may not be in the position to say this seeing that i have only joined the clan acouple of weeks ago, but i am just suggesting this. I counted and i think we have about 130 members. maybe stop at like 150 members or sumthing. i am just wondering what you guys think about this.

i TOTALLY agree. i think that 100 people should be the limit though. people are leaving from lack of organization of squads and matches, and there is just no more groupy feeling that your supposed to feel. 100 is pushing it even.

50% of the pvts are inactive.
Think about it
60 / 2 = 30
60 + 30 = 90
we only really have 90 members

Na interpol u have a good idea there but u need to have alot of peole in the clan to have more of a chance to put an uber 1337 team. But as for ur other thought the only reason we have problems with squads is because there is a lack of col being really commited and im not meaning anything bad or mean to all the col's cause i love u all ( except wolfy sometimes but even then he is a funny guy and brings joy to the clan ) but u need to understand col is more then just having admin it's a heavy duty and no one thinks about what comes along with this promotion. As col u need to answer and help anyone who needs it like for instance if ur in the middle of a game and someone need u to come to another server a ban a tker or just set s h i t strait then u need to drop what ur doing and go do ur job. Second u need to get ur squad together and practice with them and set matches up so as a squad u get better together and learn team work so when and if that day comes where u are ask to go up against another clan u dont look like a bunch of monkeys slinging ###### at eachother XD. Cause when u go up against other clans u are representing Wildfire and if u play and act like a noob the clan as a whole gets that rep and i dont know about u i dont want that rep for us cause this is an amazing clan that is well run by some very caring people and there hard work, devotion, and money is put into this clan so dont be a ssholes guys and girls ^^. And last but not least i know we all arent millionairs but and col's really should all donate at least $10 dollars a month i mean come on I'm sure u can save roughly 35 cents a day i mean come on now lol. U can find this in ur dirty room, under ur bed, in the couch, in ur car, a friends car, ur family members car, on the ground outside, and when all hope fails just robb a bank........... but shhhhhhhhhhh i didn't tell u this but robbing a bank everyday for 35 cents is only for the coolest of cool people and is right up there with the people who press F10 during game play to turn on there aimbot hehe.....

ya...but maybe we should be stricter in our recruiting process...not just people that are over 1200 points...maybe we should make it like 1600 points or something...that way, we can strain out the not-so-skilled players and make a uber 1337 team like you said...

yea but some of our not so good players are the s h i t to cause they help with servers and are uber map makers.

...well maybe we should have a spot on the recruitment forms for "special skillz" and if they have good map making skills or are good with servers or something we could let them in

Having alot of members is ofcourse very nice, since your forum will be visited (and discussed on :P) alot and you have alot of people who can backup for a match when someone is sick :) Downside is that if people leave, that it looks like your clan is dying :(

It's totally up to the admins and which goals they have set for the clan :) There can be alot reasons for having a small clan, but also alot of reasons for having a large clan :)

Well, The Xfire side of the clan only allows 100 members, I haven't had to message an admin of Xfire yet to increase our xfire clan size. If it gets to the point where we do have to increase it, then we will have over 100 members.
As for stopping recruitment, why? Our member drop-out rate is far exceding our recruitment rate right now. This means the clan is shrinking right now anyway. If we are growing then maybe close recruitment...
