I can't figure out how to get my dedicated server to work over the internet. It works for network games but thats it. I could donate the server to Wildfire probably part-time if it works. If you have any questions or answers please post them here. Thanx.

forward your ports on your router. www.steampowered.com has a section in their forums to help you. however if you are behind a firewall you prolly wont be able to use it. i have the same problem.

My router has built in port fowarding. I had to set it up so i could play CS:S. I found an article that says which ports the dedicated server uses but i dont want to mess with my router to much.

If you're running a dedicated server on home broadband it'll be laggy as hell.

But yes, forward those ports in your router and people will be able to connect.
