Okay, i didn't request ban them whilst in the server with him, as i did not know how to at the time, but i have used fraps and got the steam ID in-game with "status" in console.

Reporting him for, Racism/abuse and Rule Breaking (grenade spamming)

as seen in the video.

Edit - was taking far too long to upload, so i uploaded it onto a free file share site.

I can also ensure it is not a virus or any other sort of malicious software and only contains the video.
