Hi,

I've not played CS for years and just got your lovely email saying you've got Breakfloor running on some UK servers for a few weeks.

Turns out my account is banned here. My brother used to use it for team killing I think. If you check my posting history here I last requested to have this banned 3 years ago and it was denied. Could you please reconsider? It won't happen again.

Hi,

That is quite strange as all the servers should have had all bans in place removed. I will however take a look later today and double check this.

Can you confirm which servers you cannot access, and if possible the error message that is returned in the console on connect.

Hi Dave,

I hadn't actually tried, just got the email re: breakfloor and saw I was still on the "banned" list on the website here.

I've just tried to take a look now but getting this message when trying to connect to either of the breakfloor servers:

"Missing map maps/breakfloor_classic.bsp, disconnecting"

Ah yes the ban lists are no longer in effect; and will probably be removed/refreshed on the website by the end of the week.

In regards to the map issue; that is quite strange; could you let me know what server you recieved that error on. Thanks.

For now though, below is the map download link. Just download the map and paste it into "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\YOURUSERNAME\counter-strike source\cstrike\maps".

Issue Resolved

It appears there was a minor error all but one of the server configurations. This has been resolved now and means you should not see that error when you connect to any of the servers.

If you are not able to download a map, type cl_allowdownload1 in your console. It should work then.
