Appealing Bans

Any thread dealing with bans that is not in the following format will be ignored:

RequestBan
If your Steam ID appears on this list then call your thread [RequestBan] STEAM_ID where STEAM_ID is your Steam ID and include your reasons for being unbanned in the post.

Admin Bans
If your Steam ID does not appear on the list linked in the previous section, please call your thread [Unban] STEAM_ID SERVER where STEAM_ID is your Steam ID and SERVER is the server you're banned from. Please include the user who banned you and your reasons for being unbanned in the post.


All Other Issues

If you have connection problems, experiencing lag on a particular server, have an issue with your stats or have any other problem that you would like an admin to look into, then please post a new topic and someone will look into it.

ALL REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN ENGLISH

Reporting TKers or Rule breakers:

First thing you have to do for this is requestban the offender so that we can find the user and apply a Ban on all of our servers!
Request ban the offender by using the !rb command ingame!

after requestbaning a TKer, hacker or Rule Breaker you will need to include the following information:

1. Proof! (ie Screenshot/Video of the offense)
2. Steam ID of the offender. (use THIS Link to find their Steam ID it will be in the list)
5. Name your post BAN:(offenders name or steam id)
4. Your statement on the details of the offense be specific so that we know what happened.
5. Wait for an admin to follow up and process the request.

Ban Appeals:

Before making a post check to see if you are on THIS LIST (Press Ctrl+F and insert your Steam_ID and click on reason and paste the link to the reasons page in your post!)

Do not PM a admin about this issue it will only annoy them just make a post using the guidelines below and be patient.

To make an appeal for your ban on our servers to be removed please provide the following information:

1. Your Steam ID (use THIS Link to find your Steam ID)
2. Name your post UNBan (Your name or Steam ID)
3. The server(s) you are banned on!
4. The name of the admin that banned you.
5. Why you think you were banned (be specific)
6. Why you believe you should be unbanned (think of a good reason)
7. Wait for your appeal to be processed by an admin, Do not pester them or your appeal will be declined on the spot!

All Other Requests:

If you have connection problems, experiencing lag on a particular server, or have an issue with your stats or have any other problem that you would like an admin to look into make a detailed and organized post that is easy to read and understand. Please Include the server name/IP.
