Has anyone played this yet? My friends at work have done a lot of raving about it the past couple days.

I found it pretty fun. I don't get the urge to go around and kill people though like I did in GTA IV.

Well I played through the first 1/4 of it, went to play more last night, and got a RRoD

And the thing is it was only one red ring, not the famous 3 red ring "your console overheated" RRoD, I got the bottom left E74 red ring and error "your GPU is ######ed" RRoD

Seriously, my first ever RRoD and it isn't even the one I wanted.

P.S. I just got it and it feels like a version of GTA 4 in the wildwest for obvious reasons. Basically the same mechanics.

Im disappointed by Red Dead Redemption you spend soo much time on a horse just travelling... boring :<

What did you expect? Calling a taxi and jump in and expect him to take your where you want?
No. This is around 1910, so obviosly they had to do it like that. Good call from Rockstar.

On the other hand; i enjoy riding from town to town. The graphics are just great, there's alot to see, and with the music along it makes a perfect setting.
I finished all the mission last night, 13hrs played. Great game, loved every second.

I hope they could have added atleast some realism to the weapons... A pistol is the best weapon in the game... Also Rockstar, once again, can't make multiplayer.

Who says a rifle is better irl too ^^ .....even though most times it is And about multiplayer, I bought it for the singleplayer and I love it so far.
