Now just read the rules which you can find in the recruitment section & fulfill your application. After this is done good, you need approval from a recruiter.
Then you'll have to wait ten days, when the recruiters will observe you & after that you'll know whether you get accepted or not.

There are things missing in your application, your 10 days observation period will begin when you've fixed it.
