Yes that's how easy it is to make an application, but making an application does not mean that you automatically gets accepted into the clan. You'll have a 10 days period where the recruiters will evaluate you, and based on that decide if you should be in the clan.

Furthermore don't join because of admin, join because you want to be part of a community

Oh I have so much to say about that, but I seriously don't care enough anymore.

Just apply takedown. I think I've seen you before. And the kills thing isn't really necessary.
