Well I've downloaded this great m4 skin and decided to try it out. It seems that on some servers it works and on others it doesn't.
On WF servers it doesn't
And my question is, why not allowing them? With this skin for some reason the shooting is much easier and of course they can't do anything bad with the server or other people.

Skins don't work because of sv_pure 2, without it you could easily modify your materials to be wallhack and such.
But it is possible with sv_pure 1 and a whitelist to decide which materials you load from steam and from player's computer.

Some skins are just as bad as haxs, you see the bright colour skins/models, like pink and green, such a ######ing cheat.
