HI WF-Clan,

I got banned yesterday from the 24/7 Breakfloor Server UK2.
There I was playing with the name "Russische Botschaft".
I played there normal WITHOUT teamkilling, insulting or camping and I left the spawn before 3:30.

What I did wrong?
Suddenly I got banned with 2-3other players.

I nearlly wrote nothing into the chat and I didnt used the Voice.
It was really a suprise that I got banned without do anything what could be against the rules.
I think the Banner was "[WF] Appoliz" or something like that - I couldnt notice the name...

The other people I think got banned for camping - because they got a slay before I got banned.


I would be very happy if you could unban me and I if I could know the reason for the ban - maybe I got banned accidently and someone forgot to unban me.


When you are answering me please write in "Easy english" - im from germany and my english isnt perfect.

Maybe it was my friend which played on the server, too but I never did.

Edit: Im not stupid. I know that teamkillers will be banned.

I played on your server (UK #1) months ago thats why I know your rules.

We arent stupid either. The excuse "it was my friend/brother" who played is really old.

And what if someone is telling the truth?
I know that if my brother was admin abusing and I came back here saying it was him and people didn't believe me, I'd be right pissed off and annoyed that the people here just go along with the crowd saying "old excuse, move on".

Eagleye: It started with some insults and after I told him to stop many times I got teamkilled. So I perm banned him. I see no reason why not.

But in this case its a trustable councillor vs. a non-known person, and I support Apolloz here. People insulting you on that level is worth a ban.

NOBODY said to me that "trenching" isnt allowed.


I got banned without a slay, without a warning, without a kick.
You simply banned me perm.

Im same admin on another server and I cant reconstruct that ban without say anything.

The problem is: I never read anything about "Trenching is disallowed", but I see this wasnt the main banreason.
But the other 3Pionts - Camping, Insult you and attemped to teamkill aren´t true.


Testzone insults you but I nearlly wrote nothing into the chat.

He seems very encouraged in getting unbanned for me. I trust him. If he was just some stupid 13 years old flamer/teamkiller he wouldn't even bother coming here. He has admin on 4 servers, what he wouldn't get if he wasn't trustful.

Apolloz, you shouldn't ban without even giving a warning. I hardly perm ban, because you can't ever be 100% sure that someone is an agressive teamkiller. I understand many teamkillers in their behaviour when the get teamkilled 10 times in a row and teamkill the teamkiller back then. Often this runs out of control, but you can't give everyone who teamkills a perm ban. If we would do this, we wouldn't have any players on our servers at all. That's a fact. Always see the player's point of view and try to think what you would do.

Btw, they seem to have a good deathrun server, I'm gonna try it out now

I didnt break these rules thats why I willn´t change my statement.

Edit: Slowly I think you want to cover the truth because you want not to get into trouble.
I really NEVER insulted or teamkilled(maybe 1-2accidently but never deliberately - everyone can happen it).
I know that admins/members trust more another admin than a strange player but I can proove it, that I wasnt tking because "Testzone" my CommunityMate who was playing on your server and got banned, too can confirm that I did nothing illegal.

Why is everybody talking about people lying? There could have been some misunderstandings. Again my example with the whole team teamkilling, you can't spectate and get everyone.

Where did I say anything about not trusting Apolloz? Of course I trust Apolloz but just because I don't know Mischol it doesn't mean I have to disregard this appeal. It doesn't mean I have to ask to keep him banned because I don't recognise him.

When (if) unbanned after a week and is still breaking rules then I suggest a perm with no chance of getting unbanned.
