just an idea to put the server rules on the welcome page then none of this you didnt tell me ######, and if they complain refer them there

I wouldn't put the rules on the welcome page. Sometimes it doesn't load before people click the 'OK' button.
I've seen other servers present the server rules in-game and then an option of either
1. I have read and agree to these rules
2. I do not agree
If you hit 1 on your keyboard you can play. If you press 2, you get kicked with a message saying 'you must agree to the rules'. No playing until you press 1 or 2.

The rules on Welcome Page is a bad idea.
When a window open with rules and then you must agree the rules, is a bad idea too, beacaue ppl just press 1 (I have read and agree to these rules) and play, but don't know the rules.

ive seen rules in a box kind of like on server 2 UK when you type rank, that auto loads when entering the game for the first time and just press 0 to get rid, but you must admit its annoying typing the rules/copy pasting when someone is ######ing about
apolloz it doesnt matter about them reading it, just the fact they ignor it, kick theem the first time they break the rules
