I heard al members got admin chat only.. Who gives it to people.. is it jack ?

Yes , pvt's recive Admin Only chat. And yes it's Jack who give Members the Admin right's.
You need to wait that he synch (don't know how to spell , lol) the server's, that your Admin works.
After you have it , you can use it with u (team chat) then @ (space) then text.

i ask this like 4 weeks ago and i still dont have admin talk.
and every time i ask for it, they tell me to wait for the synch.
