i would like to ask if i got unbanned because my name isnt anymore in the list? but i am not able to reconnect to the server.
also i would like to ask if it is possible to join if i got banned once?

you have to wait until the servers get synched.

and once they're sync'd you need to wait for the map to change/restart

Like Killerace and Jack said you have to wait.
And yes , i think you can join the clan (?) if you were banned once, because you were not banned by an Admin , but by our RequestBan system.
