I want to put a end to the ever lasting argument between CS:S and WoW .
Most CS:S players don't play both so therefor they are biased to not liking WoW.
Some play both therefore like both.

I am opening a poll to decide if it is good or not . Please don't no because you've never played it , think about it.

I am just curious to see what everyone thinks , this is not spam.

Yes(Good)
No(Bad)

Personally I have to vote no, multiple times I have subscribed to WoW, I've played the online sensation, and yet I have never been sucked in by it.

Last time I checked the statistic was that 40% of the players get addicted to the game and suffer a loss in life. They give a bad reputation to the other 60%, but it also says something about the people on the outside who have either never played the game or played for a short period of time who treat the 60 percenters like the 40 percenters as if they all were the same. Besides, anyone getting addicted to WoW likely has other insecurities and issues they need to resolve before getting into anything...
It's also 10x more fun when you have friends doing it. There's also nothing like running into a virtual city with 100s of real people in it when you've reached a high enough level to kill them all.

Even though I have stopped playing the game, I say yes because I've not found any problems with the gameplay.

But I do see this topic repeating like the other ones, with all the non WoW-ers just saying nononono and the WoWers desperately trying to defend against an argument that doesn't exist.

Holy ######! 40%?? that's scary. what's even more scary is that you say that the 40% just gives the 60% a bad reputation x) if 40% of the people get addicted it's a HIGHLY addictive game and if you defend it by saying "It's nothing like going into a city with a lot of real people who you can kill" I'm afraid you've got some issues yourself:P

What's even more scary is that you're in a clan forum based on a game where you murder terrorists with your weapon of choice and you base your personal attack on me on my amusement in an epic battle. You're guilty of more when you plant the bomb as terrorist in CSS... at least that's what you would think, from what I can gather from your point of view that says I have problems for wanting to participate in an epic fight.

Regarding the bad rep thing, it's true. There's a guy down the hall from me who plays WoW addictingly but retains a relationship and normal life :P

Not at all, I love games with killing which makes me pretty ######ed up too. I definitely could have expressed myself better in the previous post. What I reacted on was that you said that the 40% that was addicted just were people with personal problems who gave the remaining 60% a bad reputation... I don't think that's the case. This only shows that 60% is more resistant to addiction. You have to agree, 40% is a lot of addicts.
Anyway, this argument continues all over the world, and will probably never end. Unless I win. lol

So you're saying that the 40% of people that get addicted to the game are normal where the 60% are resilient to addiction? I'm glad we both agree that there is nothing wrong with WoW other than the 40% then.

lol, if you think I mean that, this discussion is over. Arguing with people who only hear what they want to hear is just throwing time and effort down the drain.
