Please note this is for the wildfire clan only.

I was wondering if we could get the away forum back, since many are going away and posted it in the General Private.
This is used if you're going on a vacation, going inactive or anything that won't let you get to your computer :P

Sounds good, much easyer to find someone that is inactive in a away forum then in General.

We used to do this, and I think it worked pretty well.

wildfire went into a community that didnīt care that much about activity. but that was yesterday, now we are looking on activity again :P

yeah sounds like a good plan and allows everyone to know where everyone in the clan is if no-one can find them !! but yeah i think phobia suggstion is a good idea :)

We need a way of allowing the people to show the rest of the clan that they will be away, but also avoiding spam. This means we need the topics to automatically lock, or a "topic" which is locked and displays people who are away, when they will be back and so only the admins can edit these topics. Then the members can pm the admins to edit and put their name in the topic :D
