yes! I play a lot of surf skill, only patient people can survive there :P and on those servers i can really have a good time chatting with the other people.
Not only on surf, also on a cs_office server, there you have a lot of fun sharing tactics etc etc

I believe this is also possible on BF. The problem is..the kids
So maybe write a script that auto mutes users with a high and annoying voice? :P

But yes, supported. I am willing to take the negative side of this also! :o

you still can mute the people by showing up the player list ;)
i am unsure if iŽd like it or not. what if we "test" it for a few days/weeks and then we still can decide on wether to enable it or not?!

I aboslutely vote for this, it's fun and social to talk while playing. Although I'm a fan of Skype/Ventrilo/Teamspeak, it would be fun to enable this. :)

Well TBH the in-game talk works fine also, those second programs are a bit exagerated(today, ''hard'' words are..hard), usefull in scrims, but in-game works fine also doesn't it?

Fine, I suppose yes, but I think all members should have mute in case it gets too bad and rules should be established limiting use, and we should define (as clearly as possible) what is to be considered spam, and how many times a player must spam before you are allowed to mute said player.

I think we should try because it is better to talk In-game than stop to write and them continue playing, but if people use it for playing songs to annoy other guys in game and spam it could be removed.

the spamming could be added to the non-legal list(or whatever its called :P ), so if anyone starts spamming they can be kicked....there just needs to be an active admin almost all the time. if not it wont work...

Wrong kaz, you can just easily press escape, go to player list, and mute them. You wont know if this idea is any good or not, unless you actually try it. No one has talked against it being a bad idea yet either. Go for it.

Well i didnt say that wasnt possible :P though it will be annoying if you have to do that alot...and i actually also think that in-game should be enabled..atleast for a test period ;)

Yeah, well UK 1 is already bad, adding mic wont down-grade it any further. Uk 2, theres more mature players there, and it's easier for admins to control, I'm sure mic will work fine there. Oh, and like your sig, me my friends thinking of making a 4:20 road trip haha.

How is UK 1 already bad?
Apart from the endless camping which admins deal with, it's fine. :P

OH HO! Well you forget to mention the lag, blockers, tkers, and spammers. Unless a lot has changed since the one week and a half I was gone, you just made an under statement. Admins deal with it, if there on at the time, and not fully either. To many people for admins to handle, and sometimes they just get lazy about it.

The purpose of my statement was to try and win mic's for the servers and my other comment was to counter planzor, I didnt ask which server you lag on more, it's just opinions and facts really. Edit your post I really dont care where you lag, instead say something to allow mic's.

No, why do you want to use your mic in breakfloor?
People might be spamming, and playing annoying music etc.

Yes, thats right, but when all members (or just councillors and temp admins) have mute command , you can just mute the spammers...
