i saw this on another server, it's a plugin or something.
when you enter a server with a weird name that isn't unicode your name changes into unicode abuser.
this is a lot easier for admins to do their stuff...and in requestban it's easier because in requestban the weird name appear different so you have to search for the right person.

This plugin checks any connected player for using character values above un_characterthreshold in their names. Everything above a un_characterthreshold of 160 is country-specific/unicode. Brackets and and the standard chars from american keyboards are below value 160 and will therefor be allowed for naming by default.

I don't really understand, you mean those weird signs instead of normal letters in your name?

for example this name ИØ лДщə | ИØ ےךДИ ...you can't warm him good because you can't read what it says...

with this plugin the name changes to unicode abuser and then it's a lot easier to use.

i think this will help..
when i submit a requestban it is hard to find the person since he has special characters and it comes up with weird symbols when in requestban..

The drawback is that after the namechange, you can just re-enter your name and then it won't change
